Focus and Scope

Al-Hayat: Journal of Islamic Education invites scholars, researchers, and students to contribute the result of their studies and researches in the areas related to Islamic Education, which covers textual and fieldwork investigation with various perspectives of Education Curriculum, Philosophy, Management, History, Theology, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science and others.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to Al-Hayat: Journal of Islamic Education is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

Waiver Policy

All article published in Al-Hayat: Journal of Islamic Education are Open Access. Open Access Publishing implies that all readers, anywhere in the world, are allowed unrestricted access to full text of artcle, immediately on publication in Al-Hayat: Journal of Islamic Education. No payment is collected from the readers for accessing and using the articles.

Submission

Al-Hayat: Journal of Islamic Education does not charge submission charges. All processes of article Submission are free of charge

Article Processing

If the manuscript has been reviewed and declared eligible for publication by Al-Hayat: Journal of Islamic Education, then the authors are not required to pay the process or free. But we recommend the English-language articles, if current submit Indonesian language remains we have received and processed to reviewer, if the manuscript is stated in the receipt after the review then it must be translated into English, and we provide solutions by using the services of a translator colleague alhayat if the author is constrained by English language.
